Center Line Technologies
recently completed a $1.25 million dollar project
for General Motors in Pontiac which entailed the following:
- Complete multi-pair copper voice
backbone cabling system with 8,400 pairs of terminations
at the MDF to 110 style blocks.
- Eleven telecommunication closets with an average
of approximately 800 pairs of terminations to 110
style termination blocks, and cross connections
and terminations (via 25 pair cables) to patch panels.
- Four 1,800 pair copper backbone cable splices.
- Horizontal cabling installation totaling approximately
2.25 million feet of CAT 5e Commscope cable.
- All terminations and testing for the above (approximately
9,300 drops for 3,100 locations).
- A 20 year Siemon Cabling Systems UltraLink Warranty
was obtained for the entire installation.
- All RF coaxial cabling, terminations, and testing
for the video transmission system.
- Complete bonding backbone system.
- Air blown fiber optic cabling system for the
entire complex totaling approximately 5.5 miles
of cabling and 720 terminations.
